I offer a range of corporate training programs in both Thai and English language. I design & facilitate corporate training programs under my own content for all managerial levels. Specifically, my area of expertise in corporate training field focuses in the application of creativity in new venture creation, business development & entrepreneurship.
I began my corporate training life in 2008. I worked with Thinkergy Limited, the creative company in Asia, to co-develop and delivered tools & methods to many leading companies. Working closely with Dr. Detlef Ries – the founder of Thinkergy and leading innovation trainer in the industry, has developed my helped me set a standard to aim for the supreme level of training & teaching method in the international level. Since then, I have been designing and delivering corporate training programs for leading Thai and international companies until now.
I developed this course to help individuals understand the myth of entrepreneurial thinking. People want to be an entrepreneur but not many of them know how to think like an entrepreneur. I created the course based on the cognitive theory of entrepreneurship including holistic thinking, pattern recognition and effectuation. The content of this course is applicable for both entrepreneur, intrapreneur and manager.
Design Thinking for Business Innovation
Design thinking used to be perceived as a tool for designers in the past, while recent studies in both design and business show that this is not true. Design process has become more powerful and began to depict its significance in the business world. While there are many design processes in the market, I experienced that the current design process usually receives criticisms due to its complexity and non-user friendly nature. Hence, I simplified the design thinking process for business innovation that comprises of 4 stages and consists of 4Cs including (1) Curiosity, (2) Creativity, (3) Collaboration and (4) Commercialize.
Opportunity Evaluation Model
Typical entrepreneurial adventure/endeavor usually begins with passion, while successful entrepreneurs usually begin with opportunity identification. But how do we know that the opportunity we about to pursue is the rightone. I developed a tool to validate the external and the internal opportunity confidence. With systematic approach, this model will help entrepreneurs to pursue the right opportunity that fits them.
It is also possible that entrepreneurs might have a great idea, but it goes nowhere without great communication. From my own experience, not many entrepreneurs are good at selling their idea. This course is developed to help teaching entrepreneurs to be better in selling what they think are great ideas. The theory behind the idea pitching is the mixture of (1) Verbal communication, (2) Non-verbal communication, (3) Visual communication and (4) Story-telling technique.
